Kidkraft Childrens Furniture
At KidKraft, safety and quality are our top priorities. Over the past few years, as the children's products industry has undergone pivotal changes, KidKraft products remain compliant with all new laws and policies.
KidKraft has employed third-party certified labs for many years to test our products and verify that they meet all applicable U.S. regulatory safety standards. Our testing program ensures that the products meet or exceed all federal and CPSIA requirements, including mechanical hazards, lead and other heavy metals, phthalates and flammability.
One new safety regulation that recently went into effect is the Illinois Lead Poisoning Prevention Act, which sets lead limits on any children’s product being sold in the state. KidKraft already meets these requirements and will continue doing so.
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) ACTM 93120 requirement is a multi-step regulation that limits formaldehyde emissions in composite wood products being sold into California. CARB is currently in Phase 2, which is the last phase of the act, and KidKraft remains compliant with all products.
You have my commitment that KidKraft remains vigilant in ongoing testing and inspections to deliver the products you have come to trust.
