This Is An Oversized Item That Ships By Trucking Company Via Ground Freight

The shipping for this item is “curbside delivery with liftgate,” the delivery company will help you unload the item from the truck but will not carry it into your home. This item weighs approx 250 lbs. So you must have people available to help you get this item in to the house or when the trucking company calls you to schedule the delivery you can ask them to arrange for the trucking company to bring the item in to your home for an additional fee if they offer that additional service.

The freight company will contact you in order to schedule a delivery date and time. Typically, there will be a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered. If you are not present at the scheduled delivery appointment you may be subject to a "Re-delivery Fee," which must be paid at the time of your re-delivery.

Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear; however, please carefully inspect the item for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), refuse delivery and contact Customer Service at 1-888-4MR-TOYS
