1. Shipping policy: Each manufacturer featured on our web sites listed at the top of the page uses their own shipping company, either UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, USPS, etc... All packages are shipped ground unless specified. All order over $100 require a signature. If you need a package shipped Next Day, 2nd day, 3rd day, special arrangements can be made for payment and logistics by emailing mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com. On the average most orders take approx 5 to 10 business days  - EXCEPT Baby Bedding Orders which are 2 to 4 weeks or if the product page specifically states an approx shipping time frame. If you do not receive your order in 2 weeks except if it is baby bedding or the specifically stated time frame , please email us or call Mon - Fri at 1973-571-9888 - 10am to 5:30pm EST & we will investigate on why the delay & get back to you as soon as we can. Currently we only ship to the 48 states of the Continental USA.

2.  Telephone Orders: If you are not comfortable in ordering online, we do take orders over the phone at 1(888)4MR-TOYS  - Click Here For Telephone Order Hours . If you receive a recording, please leave your name and phone number and customer service representative will return your call as soon as possible. Please have your credit card available at the time of the call.

3.  Payment policy: MrToys.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex and Postal US Money Orders. Your check must clear our bank account before an item is shipped.

4. Payment security: MrToys.com uses a secured gateway for all our transactions for our customers security and peace of mind.

5. Damaged products after shipment: MrToys.com must be notified within 2 days of any damaged packages, preferably same day of delivery at mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com 1-973-571-9888  - Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm EST & Weekends Email Only - mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com And the customer must immediately notify the shipper Fedex, UPS, DHL or USPS & put in a claim for the damaged product. 

6. Returns & Credits: All returns must be authorized by MrToys.com mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com. Every product sold on MrToys.com has a different return/credit policy all depending on the manufacturer's policy. Most products return policy is listed, if not all sales are final unless cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order.  To find out more info please contact us mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com to find out that product/manufacturers return/credit policy. Also any product refused or returned, the customer is responsible for all freight charges plus a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns must be in the original packaging in excellent condition. Opened software packages cannot be returned. Any order returned without authorization will be refused. 

7. Communication policy: MrToys.com is growing everyday, thanks to our new & returning customers. If a customer has a question about anything, we will always try to get back to you within 24 hours.

8. Liability policy: MrToys.com is not liable for any manufacturer defect of a product it sells or is not liable for any injury caused by the products we sell here. You must get in touch with the manufacturer or we can put you in touch with the manufacturer. MrToys.com is only a broker of toys and games etc.. We are bringing together people and great quality toys etc..

9. Quality policy: MrToys.com only looks for quality - well made products to sell. We may not have the biggest selection of products, because we care about the quality of the products we sell on MrToys.com .

10. Additional Products: MrToys.com is a new business, we are adding new quality products to our online store every week. So if you don't see something you are looking for, email us mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com or check back with us every so often.

11. Investors: MrToys.com does not need investors at this time.

12. Orders can be cancelled only if order has not been shipped and we are notified within 8 hours of ordering.

13. If an item has been delivered & opened up it cannot be returned unless defective.

14. If an item ships to you & the shipper tries 3 times to deliver & you are not there to take delivery & it comes back to our store or the manufacturer, you are responsible for all shipping charges even if there was free shipping on that order - that only counts if you take delivery of the item. Also you will be responsible for a 20% stocking fee.

15. Any Order Cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. A lot of our prdts ship from the mnfr & we have no control over their order process time & we have no control over the shipping companies to guarantee any shipments especially for Christmas delivery. If you ordered & your order arrives after Christmas you cannot just cancel your order or refuse your order or you will be charged any re-stocking fee's & pay the shipping costs to you & back to the warehouse even if the ptdt has free shipping.

Canadian Customers:

We do ship some of our toys, baby products and chocolate to Canada, shortly we will have all our Canadian toys up on this page. The shipping prices you see on the rest of MrToys.com applies only to the continental USA 48 states. We will have separate shipping charges for orders shipping to Canada. There are 2 ways you can pay for items: 1. Pay with an American credit card and have it shipped to the billing address of the credit card. 2. Pay using a PayPal account and have it shipped to the confirmed address of your PaPal acct. To pay by PayPal now, email us payment to mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com Until we add the toys that we will ship to Canada, please email us at mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com  if we do ship the item you are interested in & put your full ship to address. Again you must pay by either of the 2 methods above. Give us 24 to 48 hours to respond,  we have to get shipping quotes to Canada and get back to you. Also if there are any duties, taxes or any other fee's incurred for shipping to you in Canada, these costs will be passed on to you the consumer.

Electronics Return Policy

The following are MrToys.com Return Shipment Policies:

• DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
• Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials in excellent condition.
• All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
• The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
• Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
• Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
• If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 20% per unit, will be billed to your account.
• MrToys.com credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
• Any differences from this policy may be stated on the product page.
