| Kettler Warranty provides a 3 year residential & a 1 year institutional warranty against manufacturers defect and will replace any missing part(s), free of charge, with proof of purchase. This warranty does not include damage caused by neglect, misuse, accident, or normal wear as well as damage during shipment. Any changes or modifications to Kettler products automatically voids the warranty. |
Kettler Returns Policy:
| All freight claims must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the order. All returns must have prior authorization and be returned within 14 days of shipment. Returns are subject to a 25% restock charge plus you pay the shipping cost back to the warehouse. |
