Kettler Shipping Policy:
| Our general delivery time is within 10 business days. While most
items are shipped via UPS or RPS we do occasionally utilize other
delivery services such as Yellow Freight and Roadway. Yellow Freight and
Roadway contact our customers via post card or telephone to set up a
delivery time that is convenient for our customer. Items shipped via
freight are specified as "Oversize" throughout our web site.
We regret that these items are not shippable by any other means as they
are too large and a more expedient delivery is not possible.
Shipping charges are non-refundable & customer pays return freight. |
