- Shipping Instructions: This item must ship via freight truck
on a pallet. You must provide a daytime telephone number so
the freight company can call to schedule a delivery. You be
home to sign for and receive the delivery. You MUST inspect
the pool package contents for damage at the time of delivery.
If the pool and its accessories are not in acceptable
condition you must refuse the shipment to the freight driver.
If you refuse a pool shipment that is not damaged beyond the
outer packaging MrToys.com LLC will NOT refund you any of the
shipping charges. The freight company will unload the pool
from the truck and your customer will be responsible for the
pool at that point. Most freight truck drivers will help you
move the pool once off the truck however this is at the
discretion of the driver and not a guaranteed service so you
should make arrangements for help moving the pool package
about their property. Make sure you know that these pool
packages are HEAVY! This item is available to ship to the
Continental USA only; no shipping outside the U.s. lower 48
States, no shipping to P.O. boxes and no shipping to military
addresses. All Sales Are Final.
